Jillian Hennessy was born on 1968 on November 25, She is well-known as a talented Canadian performer, songwriter, and singer song writer. Her contributions to American TV are well-known. The show has been highly praised for her outstanding performances in the American television series Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, wherein she portrayed Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six years. Hennessy showcased her talents in independent movies like Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy's acting career began in 1988 when she along with her twin sister were the characters in Dead Ringers. In the year 1990, she was on Broadway on Broadway as Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Then, she moved into science-fiction and was the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. Later that same year she became the assistant prosecutor Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. Her three-season stint in the part was an instant hit with viewers. Parker has appeared on series and films such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels In America and Red Fried Tomatoes. For these, she received an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker has also been awarded the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 for her performance in the Broadway show Proof.
