Necar Zadegan is a German actress who was born on July 20, 1982. She was born in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She has German citizenship and later acquired American nationality. Necar gained fame for her acting after she won the part of the The First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action series. Necar, though not very well-known due to it, is a skilled model.
